Malibu Hypnotherapy and Yoga

Marie Bathum was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. She currently lives and works out of her home on Point Dume in Malibu, CA.

Marie  is a certified Hypnotherapist trained at the Hypnosis Motivation institute in Los Angeles, CA. In her practice she uses traditional hypnosis, guided imagery and NLP as tools to create positive change. 

She is also a Plant Spirit Medicine Practitioner and received her training fron Eliot Cowan, who brought us this sacred shamanic healing tradition from the Huichol Indians in Mexico.

Marie has taught yoga and meditation throughout North America, India, and Europe for over thirty years. She studied with many great hatha yoga teachers but considers John Friend as her main inspiration. She teaches weekly classes and offers one day workshops several times a year.
